harness has been a constant for me, a place I can always rely on, irrespective of what's going on in my world outside the studio.

new to the stage but a veteran rider, natalie worcester teaches downtown on tuesdays and thursdays at 6:3O a.m. and at hingetown on sundays at 8 a.m. when she’s not on the bike, you can find her playing volleyball, planning her next international travel adventure, or brunching hard at on of her favorite local spots.

you’ve been a rider for more than four years. what has kept you motivated?

there's a certain solace I find on the bike, and every time I clip in I learn more about myself.

who or what is your main source of inspiration?

my grandmother is my biggest influence, I will forever aspire to embody her strength and courage. I show up every day because I get to, that's an opportunity not everyone is afforded.

what advice would you offer new riders?

have fun and let the music borrow your body!
