Harness has such an awesome community and vibe that makes it the perfect place to find the best you.
Paul Nebel teaches at harness’ downtown studio on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:3O p.m. and at Hingetown on Sundays at 1O a.m. an instructor now for just over a month, he was initially drawn to teaching as a way of participating in the betterment of himself and others. “Harness has such an awesome community and vibe that makes it the perfect place to find the best you,” he says. “I am excited to continue this journey at harness and meet awesome new people and riders!”
Other than riding, what else consumes your time?
When I'm not at the studio I am a 4th grade english/language arts teacher. I live with my wife in Ohio City just a few blocks from the Hingetown studio. On our off days we enjoy traveling, the outdoors, live music and rooting for the Browns, Cavs and Indians!
Who’s your biggest influence at the moment?
The people of harness and the community motivate me to show up!
What advice would you offer new riders?
Just have fun and live in the now! There’s no right or wrong way to ride as long as you make it yours.
