join personal chef and recipe developer, Aubrey Johansen from thatswhatsheeats, and dietitian nutritionist, Beth Opfer, MS, RDN, LDN from bethandfood, for an interactive workshop to discuss how to find a lifestyle that works for you.
the workshop is designed to help you identify your specific goals for living a healthy lifestyle. we'll dive into the fundamentals of food and nutrition and the factors that play a role in deciding your food choices, as well as other pillars of good health. in addition to providing educational content, you will also have a chance to interact and learn from the group with a cooking demonstration.
a swag bag will be provided at the end of the workshop, along with recipes from the cooking demo.
