join functional nutrition expert, Brigid Titgemeier, MS, RDN, LD, IFNCP from BeingBrigid for an interactive workshop to help you learn more about the connection between gut health and cognitive function, productivity, and stress, in addition to tools that you can use daily to improve digestion and help you feel less stressed and more cognitively sharp.
the workshop is designed to help you improve your digestion of food and absorption of nutrients while also becoming more grounded, centered and productive in your day to day life. In addition to providing educational content, you will also have a chance to interact and learn from the group while enjoying some gluten-free, BeingBrigid approved side dishes.
