What's Something I Learned Today?

I love the idea of asking myself simple questions to reflect and journal on. Something like ‘what have I learned today’ can shift perspective and help shine light on areas of growth - or be simple reminders. I’ve used this type of prompt personally in my journaling, and with groups I’ve led at work. 

Gratitude journal - great for yourself or as a gift!

A simple 5 minute meditation is great to start off this journaling practice and center your mind.
